What to expect?
- There are many different ways to experience meditation; on your own, in a class, in a group. You can listen to an audio recording of a guided meditation, watch a YouTube video, go on a retreat, join a community group, follow a script, or simply find a technique that suits you and do it anywhere.
- Lizzie offers one-to-one guided meditation sessions. These can be for general relaxation, or focused with a particular intent or question you have.
